Subscription-free HD channels, or your satellite fixed

Freesat gives you over a hundred TV and radio channels, including HD, with no monthly fee. All it needs is a satellite dish, the right cable and a Freesat box or a TV with Freesat built in. We supply and fit the dish, run the cables and set everything up so it works first time.

We also look after existing satellite systems. If your dish has been knocked out of line, the LNB on the front has failed, or you've lost signal after bad weather, we'll find the fault and put it right.

Satellite in Swansea

Do I need a dish for Freesat?

Yes. Freesat comes through a satellite dish. If you already have an old Sky dish, we can often reuse it with a new LNB.

Is there a monthly fee for Freesat?

No. Once the dish and box are installed, the channels are free to watch.

Why has my satellite signal gone?

Common causes are a dish moved by wind, a failed LNB, water in the cable, or a new obstruction like a growing tree. We test and fix the actual cause.

Can I watch satellite in more than one room?

Yes. We can fit an LNB with extra outputs and run feeds to other rooms, or set up a multi-room system.

Can you move my dish?

Yes, as long as the new position has a clear view of the satellite. We'll check before we move it.
